Mark Cothran

Mark Cothran founded Cothran Properties in 1986 and in 2012, added Cothran Homes to the portfolio. Cothran Properties’ portfolio includes the development of Southern First Bank’s Greenville headquarters and Woodruff Road Professional Park. A Greenville native and graduate of University of South Carolina, Cothran worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial and U.S. Shelter Corporation before striking out on his own. He serves as a board member and organizer of Southern First Bank and on the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association National Business Parks Forum and Tax and Legislative Committee.
