Bruce Benson

Bruce Benson has more than 24 years of experience in the retail banking industry, including 15 years with TD Bank. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for leading high-performing teams. Benson joined TD Bank in 2011 as a store manager and quickly advanced into leadership roles. In 2012, he was promoted to team lead, and soon after became regional market manager for Western North Carolina. Following the merger of the Legacy Upstate SC and Legacy WNC markets, Bruce helped shape the newly formed Western Carolinas region, which now encompasses 25 stores. He serves as co-lead for the Carolinas chapter of the Black Employee Network and previously held co-lead roles for Minorities in Leadership and Latinos in Leadership.
