Ashley Cuttino is the Office Managing Shareholder of Ogletree Deakins’ Greenville office and a go-to trial lawyer for complex employment disputes. She has tried and won jury trials in multiple jurisdictions and advises employers on high-stakes issues ranging from EEOC charges and harassment claims to employee theft and complex business disputes. She helped lead the firm’s nationwide Covid-19 Litigation Practice Group and is involved in providing multistate compliance advice and counsel. Her work has earned consistent recognition, including The Best Lawyers in America and Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyer honors. Cuttino is former chair of Ogletree’s Women’s Initiative and a past president of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association. She has also served on Clemson University’s Board of Visitors. She is also general counsel for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
