Josh Woodward has been with Lima One Capital, which provides lending for real estate investors, since 2013. He began his time there as treasurer and moved into the role of president and CEO in 2024. Woodward holds an undergraduate degree from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. Before joining Lima One Capital, he worked for Bank of America and Georgia Bank & Trust Company.
