Debbie Varner

Debbie Varner is the CEO and chairman of Recruiting Solutions, which was founded in 1992 as a local, independent, family-owned staffing and recruiting agency in Greenville and has since expanded nationwide. Varner is active in several professional and community organizations and previously served as President of the South Carolina Staffing Association. Varner is a member of the Greenville Chamber and the Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC), and she has served on the South Carolina Agency Salary Head Commission since 2014. She also spent several years serving the United Way of Greenville Campaign Cabinet. In 2018, she was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greenville Society for Human Resource Management.
