Age 32
I am the director of residential property management at Coldwell Banker Caine, where I lead the company’s property management division and oversee a portfolio over 200 residential properties, primarily single-family homes and HOA management. I direct leasing, resident and owner relations, maintenance coordination, vendor communication, and agent referrals while leading and developing my team. My thoughtful, service-oriented approach helps create positive experiences for property owners and residents navigating Greenville’s evolving housing market. A Greenville native, I began my career in nonprofit outreach before entering property management with Reedy Property Group. I bring deep local roots and a strong commitment to ensuring the community’s continued growth benefits people from a wide range of backgrounds. I am a faithful member of Rock of Ages Baptist Church, contributing to their livestream and media team, the hospitality ministry, and community food truck and outreach. I attended Spartanburg Methodist College and Voorhees College. At Spartanburg Methodist, I was a cheerleader and second runner-up for Miss Spartanburg Methodist. I am known for approaching people and challenges with professionalism, empathy and care.
Favorite Quote and Why: One of my favorite quote is actually scripture: Hebrews 4: 14-16: "Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are — yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." The reason why I love this scripture so much is it’s a daily reminder that there is no need to get stressed when challenges come. When trouble or difficult situations arise in my day to day, knowing that I have Jesus, the Son of God, to help me is gives me great confidence.
Definition of a Successful Leader: My definition of a successful leader is someone who leads with integrity, serves others, and creates an environment where people feel supported and empowered to be the best versions of themselves. A strong leader communicates clearly, listens well, and isn't afraid to make thoughtful decisions, even when they're difficult. Great leaders are always learning, looking for ways to improve processes, develop their team, and lead by example.
Advice to 18-Year-Old Self: If I could give my 18-year-old self any advice, it would be to never dim your light. Stay curious and trust in God’s timing. He’s got you!
