I am a Greenville native that loves being in the outdoors preferably hunting or fishing with a passion for commercial real estate. I started my real estate career in 2019, and in 2022 I was the youngest person in the country to have received the CCIM and SIOR designations, which are earned based on education requirements and transaction volume. In 2023, I was lucky enough to team up with friendly competitors, and going into 2024 came on to Trinity Partners to build out the Flex/Industrial team. I also currently represent South Carolina's CCIM chapter as president where our primary focus is helping educate brokers in the CRE world on how to underwrite deals to better serve their clients. My long-term goals are to keep building our team at Trinity Partners and help other protect their investments through CRE. My favorite side of the business is finding a value-add deal and putting partnerships together. Giving back to the community means leaving it better than you found it, whether it be through your profession or how we treat the people walking down the street.

Favorite Quote and Why: "Be where you are." I have a problem with moving quickly onto the next task or activity. It's a good reminder to start what you finish and fully embrace the challenge, task, moment, or experience you are in.

Definition of a Successful Leader: A successful leader leads by example with clear communication of the task at hand and expectations of the objective. They own the team's mistakes, but make sure the team receives the recognition and W.

Advice to 18-Year-Old Self: Be patient, listen before speaking, and all in when the opportunity presents itself. Don't get sweat the small stuff, 95 percent of your concerns are not as big as they seem and to own your mistakes. Surround yourself with people smarter than yourself (shouldn’t be too difficult). Buy Bitcoin, sell in July 2025, and go all in on real estate.
