Stephen Edgerton

Stephen Edgerton has been with the Caine Companies, which includes KDS Caine, Coldwell Banker Caine, and Caine Hayes Insurance, for more than 15 years, moving up from his initial role as chief operating officer. Over the years, Edgerton has helped the company evolve its extensive footprint, which includes brokerage services, development services, property management, and consulting services. The company is also behind the extensive County Square redevelopment project near downtown Greenville. Edgerton, who holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, serves as secretary on the Artisphere board of directors. He also serves on the boards of the Metro Greenville YMCA Foundation and United Way of Greenville County. He is chairman-elect of the Coldwell Banker Multi-Office Brokerage Peer Group and a member of the Young Presidents Organization. Philanthropy has long been important to Edgerton, who leads his company’s Caine Cares program, which provides financial support for causes in the community in the areas of arts, health, wellbeing, and animal welfare. Edgerton is also a longtime volunteer with Meals on Wheels, where he has delivered meals on the same route for more than 16 years.
