Fountain Residential Partners announced that Greystar has taken over management of Treehaus Townhomes and Flats, a student housing community with 168 apartments in Seneca, South Carolina, near Clemson University. The community, which offers 488 beds across a mix of townhomes and flats, began welcoming students in August 2026.
“We’re proud of what Treehaus brings to the Clemson area, and we’re confident Greystar’s professional management will continue building on that by delivering a great resident experience,” said Brent Little, president of Fountain Residential Partners. “As one of the largest and most experienced property managers in the country, Greystar gives residents a level of service and responsiveness that matches the quality of the community we built. Treehaus creates a true neighborhood feel while giving students a fun, connected place to call home.”
“We’re incredibly excited to bring Greystar’s management expertise to Fountain Residential’s Treehaus,” said Jennifer King, senior managing director of real estate, student living, for Greystar. “Our onsite team is the backbone of the resident experience and strives every day to make Treehaus feel like home through their passion, care, and commitment to excellence.”
Treehaus was built to stand apart from typical off-campus apartments. Residents have access to a sauna, cold plunge pool, tanning bed, and red-light therapy. The community also offers a large swimming pool with expansive lounge seating, grilling stations, pickleball courts, a fitness center and yoga studio, a game room, a clubhouse, a study lounge, an outdoor entertainment lounge, a dog park, a business center, EV charging stations, and a complimentary shuttle service to campus. A local coffee shop is also planned for the front of the community.
