Auro Hotels announced it has been selected by Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. to manage Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown. The 130-room, six-story hotel, located at 128 E. Broad St. in downtown Greenville, offers modern accommodations in a prime location, just steps from Main Street, Falls Park on the Reedy, the Peace Center, and Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown offers 130 guestrooms and suites across eight room types, including the brand's signature Cozy Corner living area alongside a dedicated workspace, mini-fridge, coffee maker, 55- inch TV, and blackout curtains in every room.
Built around the Hyatt Place brand’s "work/life place" philosophy, the hotel features flexible spaces for guests to work or socialize, a 24/7 fitness center access, an indoor pool, a rooftop putting green, and approximately 2,800 square feet of meeting and event space.
The Placery, the hotel's on-site restaurant and bar, serves sandwiches, salads and burgers alongside premium alcoholic beverages, and a complimentary hot breakfast buffet is offered daily. The hotel is also pet-friendly.
Auro Hotels also owns and operates six other properties in the Greenville market, including Hyatt Regency Greenville, AC Hotel Greenville, the dual-branded Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites Greenville Downtown, Courtyard Greenville Downtown, as well as Greenville Marriott on The Parkway.
