To me, leadership is about unlocking potential in others. It's creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and accountable. It requires listening, empathy, and having the courage to act, even when it’s difficult. Strong leaders create trust by being consistent, transparent, and clear in both expectations and actions.
I feel my greatest strength is thoughtful decision-making. I do my best not to rush to conclusions. I seek input, challenge assumptions, and understand what I don’t know before moving forward. That approach allows me to make balanced, informed decisions that serve both people and the business. Just as important is clearly communicating the “why” behind those decisions, so teams feel informed, aligned, and confident in the direction we’re taking.
I’m continually working on finding the right balance between work and home. As a mom of two, it’s important to me to be fully present for my family while also giving my best at work, and that’s something I’m always refining.
