My greatest accomplishment is transforming our startup from 24 teammates to over 300 employees while achieving $150 million in revenue in eight years. However, financial success means nothing without purpose. Throughout this rapid growth, we prioritized giving back to our communities — proving that profitability and social responsibility aren't mutually exclusive. I'm most proud that we've built not just a thriving business, but a company culture that genuinely makes a lasting positive difference in the communities we serve.
I've learned that expertise is my most powerful asset. You don't need to dominate conversations; your command of the material speaks for itself. By thoroughly preparing and mastering the details and vision, I've earned respect and credibility. This approach built lasting relationships and opened doors. Competence is quiet confidence. When you know your stuff, you don't need to shout to be heard; your voice naturally carries weight and influence.
