Grace Herlong Loveless is an associate broker with Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty. A Furman graduate and Greenville native, she and her husband spent several years living in Charlottesville, Virginia, and Atlanta before returning home in 2017. Today, Loveless brings high-level service and global luxury perspective to Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty. Loveless has been the top producer in the Greenville office every year since 2021, and in 2025 she closed over $32 million in sales volume.

I don’t really feel like I lead with intention, it’s more by example.

My mother, Joan Herlong.

What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?

Failure.

Focus on yourself, and the rest will follow.

What would you say is your greatest professional accomplishment to date?

Each and every sale for every client is a great accomplishment.

What one thing have you learned that has served you well over the years?

If they want to, they will.

If there is one thing you could go back and do differently what would it be?

I’d focus more on myself earlier instead of being who I thought I needed to be.
