How do you define leadership?

I’ve learned that leadership is about creating space for others to thrive. After starting my career at TD SYNNEX 24 years ago in entry-level sales, I lead with empathy, perspective, and accountability. Inspired by the National Parks’ ethic to “leave it better than you found it,” I strive to build cultures rooted in trust, empowerment, and collaboration. As a mentor and advocate, I’m passionate about advancing women and strengthening leadership across our industry.

What makes you an effective leader? (Your greatest strength). What are you still working on?

Authenticity is my superpower. I lead by being real, transparent, and grounded in experience, which builds trust and allows people to show up fully. Having grown my career from entry-level sales to executive leadership, I understand the business and the people behind it. What I’m still working on is slowing the pace. Creating more space to listen, reflect, and intentionally develop future leaders so that growth remains sustainable, inclusive, and impactful.

What one thing have you learned that has served you well over the years?

I’ve learned that leadership means staying open to change, feedback, and doing things differently. I’m intentional about learning from others, challenging my own assumptions, and continuously expanding my skills and perspective. Some seasons require unlearning just as much as learning. Staying curious, humble, and willing to grow has helped me remain relevant, grounded, and a better leader for the people I serve.
