With more than 20 years of nursing and leadership experience, she has grown her company from a single employee to impacting 300+ lives through job creation, education, and workforce development. As a founder, I’m continuing to grow by trusting my team more, stepping back from daily operations, and focusing on scaling the vision.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is to trust myself and take action, even without having everything figured out. Growth comes from moving forward, not waiting for perfection. I also value building meaningful, trusting relationships — because together we can go further than we can alone. By staying consistent, learning through experience, and remaining committed to the vision, I’ve been able to build, adapt, and create lasting impact.
