Brian Argo

President and Chief Executive Officer

Conway Medical Center

Brian Argo has been president and CEO of Conway Medical Center since late 2022, a role he assumed after serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

His previous experience includes serving as chief financial officer of Singing River Health System in Mississippi and vice president and chief revenue officer at Children’s Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha.

Argo earned a bachelor’s degree in business and a Master’s of Business Administration from Piedmont University in Georgia.

 

 Bruce Bailey

President and CEO

Tidelands Health

As president and CEO of Tidelands Health, Bruce Bailey provides executive leadership for the region’s largest health care system.

He began his career with the organization in 1999 after serving as administrator of Abbeville County Memorial Hospital for six years. His previous experience also includes administrative responsibility at health facilities in North Carolina, West Virginia and Virginia. 

Bailey is former chairman of the South Carolina Hospital Association’s board of trustees and currently serves as chairman of Solvent Networks, which provides hospitals and health systems with business, operational, and workforce support.

 

 Michael Benson

President and Professor of History

Coastal Carolina University

A 30-year veteran of public higher education, Michael Benson serves as president of Coastal Carolina University, which reached its highest enrollment ever this year and is retaining and graduating students at record rates. Benson has led the completion of strategic and campus master plans within the past year as a local penny sales tax allows the university to build more capacity. 

Benson also teaches history at the university and holds degrees from Brigham Young University, the University of Notre Dame, John Hopkins University, and the University of Oxford. 

 

Brenda Bethune

City of Myrtle Beach

Mayor Brenda Bethune is a native of Myrtle Beach who has always had a passion to serve her community. The first female mayor of Myrtle Beach, she was elected to her first term in 2017.

Bethune owns BJ Investments, a property investment, development and rental company, as well as Magnolia Row Shopping Centre.  She was also the majority owner of Better Brands Incorporated. She is a graduate of the Riley Mayors’ Design Fellowship through Clemson University and she serves on the board of directors of the Municipal Association of South Carolina.

 

 Barbara Jo Blain

Mayor

City of Conway

With over 25 years in a social work career, practicing family and criminal law, Mayor Barbara Jo Blain, who is now in her third term, has goals to develop a plan for a community center on the grounds of previously known Whittemore Elementary School.

She is proud of ongoing improvements in amenities for Conway’s public and increases in salaries and benefits for the city’s employees. Blain shares her secret to success as, “I believe in me, but I believe more in my Maker.”  

 

 Laurence S. Bolchoz Jr.

President and CEO

Coastal Carolina National Bank

Laurence S. Bolchoz Jr., who has worked in banking for over 35 years, is president and CEO of Coastal Carolina National Bank.

He joined the bank in 2012 and previously was Grand Strand market executive for First Federal Bank, overseeing 20 financial centers in Horry and Georgetown counties. Bolchoz serves on the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, is the board chairman of the YMCA of Coastal Carolina, and on the boards of United Way of Horry County, and Community Investment Committee Chair and Centrant Community Capital.

 

Thomas Bouchette

President and Chief Operating Officer

The Citizens Bank

Thomas Bouchette has more than 35 years of experience in banking. He became president and COO of The Citizens Bank in 2019 after serving as executive vice president and chief banking officer.

Bouchette previously was South Carolina president and EVP for BNC Bank, regional president and EVP for SCB, and he held several roles at SCN/Wachovia.

A graduate of Horry-Georgetown Technical College, Bouchette began his banking career in 1986 as a lending officer with the Pee Dee Farm Credit Bank.

 

Scott Brandon

TBA Worldwide

Scott Brandon has worked in marketing for more than 30 years, and he is now the CEO of TBA Worldwide, a group of six agencies providing integrated and innovative solutions for the hospitality, apparel, lifestyle, and other industries.

Brandon is one of about two dozen Certified Brand Strategists in the nation, and his specialties include customer insights, branding, social media, and content marketing.

He is a graduate of Davidson College and the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law.

 

 Harold G. Cushman III

Dargan Construction Company

A Myrtle Beach native, Harry Cushman serves as president and director of Dargan Construction Company, where he has worked since 1982.

Over the years, Cushman has worked in many roles, including estimator, project manager, Vice President of Construction, executive vice president and chief operating officer.

He is the licensed S.C. and N.C. General Contractor Qualifier for Dargan Construction Company, LLC. Cushman is a member of the board of directors for Horry-Georgetown Technical College Foundation and is past director of the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation. 

 

 J. Lee Brown

College of Graduate and Continuing Studies Dean

Coastal Carolina University

J. Lee Brown is the founding dean of the College of Graduate and Continuing Studies at Coastal Carolina University. Prior to this appointment, he served as interim provost and special assistant to the chancellor for business innovation at Fayetteville State University. 

Brown earned his Ph.D. in strategic management and international business at the Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University. His scholarly work has been published in multiple journals, in the Financial Times Top 50 Global rankings and presented at prestigious conferences around the world. 

 

 Sandy Davis

President and CEO

Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development

As president and CEO of the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation, Sandy Davis assists existing industry and recruits targeted industries to expand or relocate to Horry County. She also maintains operations of the organization and builds relationships between the South Carolina Department of Commerce, Horry County, municipalities, and other economic development entities.

Davis is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University, earning a bachelor’s degree while working with Horry Telephone Cooperative. Davis previously worked as the controller for Carolina Southern Railroad and as a part-time professor at Horry-Georgetown Technical College.

 

 Wallace Evans Jr.

A Father's Place 

North Myrtle Beach native Wallace Evans Jr. has dedicated 24 years to A Father’s Place, a nonprofit organization committed to father engagement across 11 South Carolina counties. 

In 2000, Evans joined as a case manager and quickly realized the need for support of individuals in their fatherhood journey. He moved into the role of CEO in 2004. As the organization gained recognition, including multiple SC Fatherhood Agency of the Year awards, AFP became a pillar for family resources. Today the organization serves more than 1,000 individuals annually. 

 

 

 Marilyn Fore

President

Horry-Georgetown Technical College 

Marilyn Murphy Fore is the first female president of Horry-Georgetown Technical College, a position she’s held since April 2017.  Her experience at HGTC began with teaching economics, and she served in several leadership roles at the college before becoming president.

Fore arrived in South holds an honorary Doctor of Public Service from Coastal Carolina University, an education Doctorate and two Master of Arts degrees all from the University of South Carolina.

Fore was honored as the Conway Chamber Woman of the Year in 2023, received the City of Conway’s Excellence in Education Award in 2022, the Order of the Palmetto in 2021 and many more awards.  

 

 Mandy Fulford

Founder and CEO

RE/MAX Southern Shores 

Mandy Fulford is the founder and CEO of RE/MAX Southern Shores, a real estate agency spanning the Carolinas. A Grand Strand native, Fulford is deeply rooted in her community and passionate about helping others.

Under her leadership, RE/MAX Southern Shores has grown to more than 300 top-tier residential and commercial real estate agents who collectively exceeded $1 billion in sales over the past three years. Mandy’s love for real estate is matched by her enthusiasm for reading, fishing and her love for Clemson football. 

 


 Wayne Gray

Synovus 

Wayne Gray has worked in banking for more than 30 years and is currently senior vice president with Synovus Bank. 

Gray served on the Myrtle Beach City Council for 16 years and as chairman of the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce board of directors from 2005 to 2006. 

He has served as chairman of the RIDE IV Sales Tax Advisory Committee, president of the North–South All-Star High School Football Game, and member of the RIDE III Sales Tax Advisory Committee and the Leadership South Carolina board of directors. 


 Marilyn Hatley 

Mayor

City of North Myrtle Beach 

A native of Albemarle, North Carolina, Marilyn Hatley moved to North Myrtle Beach in 1971. Thirty years later, she was elected mayor of the city after serving on the council since 1996. 

Hatley owned and operated the successful hair salon Visible Designs, Inc. for more than 45 years. She remains active in community organizations, working with the American Red Cross, North Myrtle Beach Women's Club, the American Heart Association, Coastal Alliance, Horry County League of Cities, SC Beach Advocates, Coastal Carolina National Bank and the Accelerate SC Task Force. 

 

 Radha Herring

Watermark Real Estate Group

Radha Herring founded the Watermark Real Estate Group in 2007. Watermark is a boutique-style firm that covers the 60-mile Grand Strand coastline. Herring’s role as broker-in-charge includes partnering with attorneys, judges, and courts to assist clients dealing with probate, bankruptcy, and divorce.

Among Herring’s honors is a 2012 South Carolina Small Business Person of the Year award and also representing the state at the U.S. Small Business Administration’s national conference. She is now serving her third term on the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce Board and has served as chairman.

 

 Christy Holder

CEO

Grand Strand Water & Sewer Authority 

Christy Holder joined Grand Strand Water & Sewer Authority 22 years ago and currently serves as CEO. 

The Myrtle Beach native is a member of the South Carolina section of the American Water Works Association, the Water Environment Association of SC and the SC Water Quality Association.

Holder has served on the Coastal Carolina University Board of Visitors for the College of Science since 2013. Holder was named Woman of the Year by the Conway Chamber of Commerce in 2022.

 

 Donna C. Isgett

President and CEO

McLeod Health

Donna C. Isgett became the first woman to serve as president and CEO of McLeod Health in March 2021, as well as the first female president of a seven-hospital health system in the state. She previously held the positions of chief operating officer for the organization as well as Senior Vice President of Corporate Quality and Safety.

In 2020, Isgett was named the first female board chair for the South Carolina Hospital Association and serves as a member of the Healthcare Executives Study Society (HESS) and the CaroNova Advisory Board.

 

Carol Jayroe

City of Georgetown

Carol Jayroe became Georgetown’s first female mayor in January 2022.

A Georgetown native, Jayroe has enjoyed a long and varied career, with stints in banking and real estate, along with two terms on the Georgetown City Council. A University of South Carolina Bankers School graduate, Jayroe is a Realtor with Peace Sotheby’s International Realty.

She is past president of Georgetown County United Way, Tidelands Community Hospice, and the Bunnelle Foundation.

 

 Mayur Jeram

New Horizon Hospitality 

Mayur Jeram is a hospitality industry veteran whose experience stretches back to childhood. The son of immigrant parents, Jeram connected his father to American society in effort to expand the family business.

Graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1993 with a business management degree, Jeram took the reins of the business and is still running it three decades later. 

Passionate about his roots and his home state, Jeram serves as chairman of the Myrtle Beach Community Appearance Board and the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Council. 

 

 Cheryl Kilday 

President and CEO

Destination North Myrtle Beach 

Cheryl Kilday is the president and CEO of Destination North Myrtle Beach. Kilday has dedicated much of her career to economic development organizations.

In addition to this role, Kilday oversees the North Myrtle Beach Chamber Foundation, which awards community grants to local nonprofits. She serves on the Waccamaw Advisory Board through the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, helping bridge connections between business, education and workforce development.

Kilday’s commitment to the community extends to volunteer work, such as working with the North Myrtle Beach Sea Turtle Patrol.  

 

 Michael King

KingOne Properties International

Michael King is the founder and CEO of real estate firm KingOne Properties International. He played a pivotal role in transforming the Myrtle Beach area from a quiet beach town in the early 1980s into an international real estate and vacation destination.

As chairman of the advisory board for The Grant Center for Real Estate and Economics at Coastal Carolina University, King has been recognized with the Ammons Free Enterprise Award.

He co-chairs fundraising efforts to build safe homes for mothers and children facing domestic violence in Horry County.

 

 Royce King

President and CEO

The Litchfield Company

Royce King owns and operates The Litchfield Company, a leading real estate company on Pawleys Island.

King says his personal goals and priorities of God, family, and work are his motivation and inspiration for his success in real estate.

He has served on the board of Palmetto Heritage Bank, Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Pawleys Island Litchfield Business Association. King served as a hospital corpsman for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

Brookgreen Gardens

Page Kiniry is the president and CEO of Brookgreen Gardens, a national historic landmark blending art, history and nature that has served as a cultural center for the community since 1931. Her goal over the next three years is to open a new welcome center and conservatory at Brookgreen Gardens and deliver programs that contribute to education and tourism in the Grand Strand.

Prior to joining Brookgreen Gardens, Kiniry was executive director of the Virginia Living Museum in Newport News, Virginia, where she led the institution through difficult financial times.

 

Bryan Lenertz

Anderson Brothers Bank

Bryan Lenertz, a proud graduate of Buckingham County High School and Randolf-Macon College in Virginia, has spent 13 out of the 22 years in Myrtle Beach working at Anderson Brothers Bank.

During his tenure, the bank has seen much growth while working to keep the culture intact  through leadership and team-work programs. Anderson Brothers Bank donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to local entities. 

 

Carlton Lewis

Carlton Lewis, a graduate of Coastal Carolina University and Winthrop University, leads HTC, the largest telecommunications cooperative in the United States. A native of Aynor, Lewis joined HTC in 1998 and served in several positions prior to being selected as CEO in 2022. Lewis previously served as the cooperative's chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

Lewis is an advisory board member for the finance and accounting departments at Coastal Carolina University and a board member of Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union. 

 

Steve Mays

Founders Group International

Steve Mays has been president of Founders Group International, a leading golf course owner-operator in the Southeastern United States since 2017 after serving two years as vice president of marketing and sales.

Founders Group International is Myrtle Beach’s largest ownership group, with 21 golf courses, and Mays has made reinvesting in golf courses a priority for the company. Under his leadership, FGI has renovated 11 courses, including Pawleys Plantation, King’s North, and Grande Dunes.

He is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University.

 

O’Neil McCoy

McGriff Insurance

O’Neil McCoy has spent much of his career in the insurance industry, working for BB&T Insurance Holdings Inc. for four years before joining McGriff Insurance, where he is now senior vice president, in 2018.

A graduate of Clemson University, McCoy previously worked as general manager of Broadway at the Beach for Burroughs & Chapin.

He has served as chairman of the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation and Leadership Grand Strand, and is past vice chairman of the Myrtle Beach Board of Zoning Appeals.

 

 Jeff McKay

Executive Director

North Eastern Strategic Alliance 

Jeff McKay is a veteran of economic development in the Southeast, having served as the executive director of the North Eastern Strategic Alliance (NESA) for the past 19 years.

Holding degrees from Western Carolina University, McKay is a certified economic developer by the International Economic Development Council. He started his career as director of the Polk County Economic Development Corporation. 

McKay is affiliated with the South Carolina Developers Association and served as president of the South Carolina and North Carolina economic development associations.

 

Ryan Moore

Myrtle Beach Pelicans

Ryan Moore joined the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, the Single A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, in 2008 as a ticket sales representative. After a brief stint outside of South Carolina, Moore rejoined the Pelicans as vice president of business operations in 2015 before being promoted to general manager in 2018 and then to president in 2020. 

Moore previously served in managerial roles for the Jupiter Hammerheads, the Miami Marlins Class A-advanced affiliate and for Roger Dean Stadium, the spring training location for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Miami Marlins.

 

Judi Olmstead

Director of Airports

Myrtle Beach International Airport

Judi Olmstead was named director of airports for Myrtle Beach International Airport in March 2023 after serving as assistant director of airports since 2016.

In October 2024, Myrtle Beach International Airport was named Best Small Airport in the USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

Before coming to the Grand Strand, Olmstead spent 15 years as CFO at Charleston International Airport, and her pre-aviation career includes financial roles in health care facilities in the Northeast. She is past president of the Southeast Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives.

 

 

 Bhumi Patel

Bhumi Patel has spent most of her life in South Carolina, but moved to Myrtle Beach in 2008 for her first job as an attorney. Her legal career has covered foreclosure and bank loan workouts, mechanics’ liens, construction, and foreclosure litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and she has assisted with the formation of special tax districts in Horry County.

Patel is president of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, and she serves on the boards of the YMCA, CCNB, MBACC, and MBEDC.


 Mary Jo Rogers

Executive Vice President – Chief Lending Officer

South Atlantic Bank

With 34 years of experience, Mary Jo Rogers is executive vice president and chief lending officer with South Atlantic Bank, and she is a commercial banker and Certified Financial Planner.

Rogers was a founding employee when she joined South Atlantic Bank in 2007. Since then, the bank has grown to more than $1.8 billion in assets. She leads a team of commercial bankers with responsibility for sales and management of the bank’s loan, merchant service, and treasury service lines of business.

In 2020, Rogers received the Leadership Grand Strand Ann DeBock Leadership Award.

 

Blakely Roof

Blakely Roof joined United Way of Horry County in July of 2019. Roof began her career in the Grand Strand at the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce as membership and community programs manager and chamber liaison for gsSCENE for Young Professionals. 

She has served as assistant director for Foundation and Marketing at Conway Medical Center and director of administration at Habitat for Humanity of Horry County.

Roof is a graduate of the Waccamaw American Leadership Forum Class VI, Leadership Grand Strand Class XXIX, and U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organizational Management.

 

 Justin Roof

Senior Vice President and Manager of Business Banking

Northern Coastal Area of First Citizens Bank & Trust Co. 

Conway native Justin Roof leads business and commercial bankers as a senior vice president at First Citizens Bank. 

The golfer-turned-banker went to Wake Forest on the Arnold Palmer Golf Scholarship and returned to Myrtle Beach to pursue a professional golf career. Several years later, Roof got into the banking industry. 

He took on the position of commercial banker with a focus on business development. In his current role, he oversees a team of business and commercial bankers who provide clients with retail, business and wealth management solutions.  

 

John Rutenberg

Commercial Market President for Grand Strand and Pee Dee

Truist

John Rutenberg has been market president for Truist since 2021, and he has worked as a commercial banker for 19 years. Prior to his banking career, Rutenberg worked as a news producer for CNN in New York and earned a Juris Doctor while working for the New York City Law Department’s medical malpractice division.

Rutenberg served as 2024 board president of the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau, and has served on the boards of Partnership Grand Strand and College of Charleston Alumni Association Finance Committee.

 

 Geales Gavin Sands

Executive Director

Frances P. Bunnelle Foundation

A native of Louisiana, Geales Gavin Sands moved to Murrells Inlet in 1999 and became the first employee and executive director of the Frances P. Bunnelle Foundation in 2004. The foundation aids Georgetown County through financial support of the nonprofit community that works to improve the county.

The foundation helped establish the YSplash program, which teaches second-graders about water safety, at the Georgetown YMCA.

Sands’ secret to success is to “recognize that everyone you meet is carrying something heavy.”

 

 Ricky Sapp

The Ricky Sapp Foundation

Ricky Sapp was a defensive lineman for Clemson between 2006 and 2009. His talents took him to the NFL for five years where he played for the New York Jets and the Houston Texans.

Since leaving the NFL, Sapp, who now lives in Myrtle Beach, created the Ricky Sapp Foundation to help kids – and parents – become their best. The foundation has provided hundreds of kids with backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, shoes, and more.

Sapp is also a motivational speaker, and hosts Talk to Me Tuesday, a motivational, self-improvement podcast.

 

 Daniel Scheffing

Daniel “Dan” Scheffing is chairman of the Tidelands Health board of trustees. A member of the board since 2011, he is a retired professional forester.

Scheffing serves on the forest advisory board for White Oak Forestry Inc. He also serves as a member of the Society of American Foresters and the Association of Consulting Foresters. Scheffing is a board member emeritus of the South Carolina Wildlife Federation and serves on the steering committee of the Black Scenic River Advisory Council.

 

 Todd Setzer

A&I Fire Water Restoration

Todd Setzer’s 14 years of leadership at A&I Fire Water Restoration have contributed to the company’s quality restoration work in the coastal communities of North and South Carolina, where the company’s team provides quick and efficient response to disaster situations.

Setzer serves as a board member and past president of the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce. Setzer, who attended Coastal Carolina University, also is a board member and past chair of the Coastal Carolina University Alumni Association and a board member for the Myrtle Beach High School Booster Club.

 

Mark Sims

Grand Strand Regional Medical Center

Mark Sims has been chief executive officer of Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for more than a decade, but worked for the health system’s parent company, HCA, for 20 years prior to assuming the CEO role. He began his career with HCA as director of Food and Nutrition Services.

Sims, a graduate of University of Alabama and Belmont University, is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

He has served on the advisory boards of The Hope Clinic and the American Heart Association.

 

Tim Sinclair

Tim Sinclair joined WebsterRogers in 2015 as Industry Consulting Director for the Manufacturing Services Group, and now works as Consulting Line Leader, as well as leading business development and marketing for WebsterRogers.

Sinclair has 20 years of experience in consulting and business development, and has worked with more than 400 companies across the U.S. in such industries as automotive, aerospace, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining WebsterRogers, Tim was a regional vice president for the South Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership, focused on helping small and medium sized manufacturers in South Carolina grow.

 

 Blake Sloan

Sloan Realty Group

Blake Sloan, a seasoned real estate professional, founded Sloan Realty Group in 2008. Sloan Realty Group is deeply invested in the Myrtle Beach community, actively participating in local events and supporting various charitable initiatives.

Industry leaders have dubbed Sloan the “Real Estate Whiz Kid”, his real estate team is ranked in the Top 1 percent of Realtors worldwide, and he was a self-made millionaire by age 27. He’s been featured in Forbes Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Realtor Magazine, and many other national publications.

Santee Cooper President and CEO Jimmy D. Staton is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Santee Cooper’s electric and water utility.

Before joining Santee Cooper, Staton was president and CEO of Southern Star Central Corporation, a leading transporter of natural gas in the Midwest.

Staton is on the board of directors for The Energy Authority (TEA), Southern Gas Association (SGA), and is a member of the Large Public Power Council and the Trident CEO Council and CRDA’s Economic Leadership Council.

 

 Kelly Tyler

The new year will mark Kelly Tyler’s 19th year with Bank of America, where she serves as president of the Myrtle Beach market.

Prior to becoming president, she held several leadership roles at the company, including leading an internal employee network to support leadership, advocacy, and education for women.

Tyler supports nonprofit partners focused on bridging community needs. She serves on several nonprofit boards as well as the advisory committees for the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and Partnership Grand Strand.

 

Dennis Wade

Dennis Wade has been president of The Jackson Companies, a family-owned Myrtle Beach recreational and real estate firm that includes Ocean Lakes Family Campground and the SayeBrook Town Center, since 1997.

A graduate of University of South Carolina, Wade received an honorary Doctor of Public Service from Coastal Carolina University.

Wade has served on the board of visitors of the Coastal Education Foundation and as board chairman of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.

Wayne Wicker is a veteran banker with nearly 30 years of experience in the Myrtle Beach and South Carolina markets, including leadership positions with Nexity Bank as senior vice president for correspondent banking and Anchor Bank as senior vice president and regional executive for the North Coast.

A Gulf War veteran and former member of the South Carolina Air National Guard, Wicker has served on the boards of the South Carolina Young Bankers Association and the Myrtle Beach Area and North Myrtle Beach Chambers of Commerce.

Amanda Player Wofford has been with the City of North Myrtle Beach for over 6 years. She manages both youth and adult sports, sports tourism, the NMB Park and Sports Complex, and operations for The Great Christmas Light Show.

She has served on the South Carolina Parks and Recreation Association DEI Committee for two years and worked for over 20 years as a sports director, high school/college softball coach, and administered camps and clinics.

Jimmy Yahnis is co-owner of The Yahnis Company, a beverage distributor operating in 12 South Carolina counties in the Grand Strand, Pee Dee and Sumter. The company sells 4.5 million cases of beer annually, employing about 200 people. 

Yahnis is a former board member and chair of the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation as well as both state and national beer associations. He received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and earned a Master of Arts in real estate from the University of Florida.
