Reid's Fine Foods to Expand to Greenville

Mar 10, 2020 01:30PM ● By David Dykes
Charlotte -based Reid’s Fine Foods is expanding across the Carolinas with its fifth location opening in Greenville this summer.

Located at 1 North Laurens Street, site of the former Caviar & Bananas in ONE City Plaza, the new store will be 4,600 square-feet.

“We’ve been contemplating expanding outside of Charlotte for some time now and considering
we are from South Carolina, my wife and I are both Furman grads, and we have family in
Greenville, that was a logical first step for us,” says Tom Coker, managing partner of Reid’s
Fine Foods. “We are very familiar with the market there and look forward to bringing Reid’s
Fine Foods to Greenville to complement their booming food scene.”

The Greenville store will offer breakfast, coffee, lunch, and dinner daily with about 75 seats
inside at the wine bar and 75 seats on an expansive patio.

Similar to other Reid’s locations, the specialty foods store will have an expanded selection of fresh meat (from specialty meats to signature marinated chicken and pork to dry aged beef), cheese, wine, prepared foods, produce, pastries, and gift baskets.

The new location will serve the same weekly specials as the Charlotte locations, including half-off steak burgers on Tuesdays, prime rib sandwiches on Thursdays, and rotating seasonal specials.

It will be open 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. seven days a week.
