Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR; Dave Mathews, SIOR; Don Moss, SIOR, CCIM; and Thomas Beard worked closely with the seller, Solostructures Financial, LLC., to attract the buyer, BB&B Investment Group, LLC., to the 21,000-square-foot industrial building located at 540 Colonels Pointe Parkway in Richburg, SC.
