The Greenville Chamber of Commerce recognized RealOp Investments as the October 2018 Small Business of the Month.

The commercial real estate investment company started in 2009 and has since made a mark throughout the Southeast. RealOp Investment’s key leaders include Paul Sparks, Reggie Bell, and Kyle Putnam. The company not only has three strong spearheads, but a core leadership team consisting of Seph Wunder, Chip Hunt, Anthony Rowland, Jamie Kaltenbach, and Barry Gruebbel.

This trailblazing team has gained major projects within the past couple years such as the 101 North Main Tower in downtown Greenville, Research Triangle Portfolio in Raleigh, and the Kirby building in Nashville. RealOp is one of the largest commercial real estate owners not only in the Greenville area but throughout the Southeast and has no plans to slow down anytime soon. The company plans to continue making direct capital investments through ownership of retail, office, and industrial assets throughout the year.

The Small Business of the Month award recognizes businesses that are succeeding in their fields and the community. Each winner is eligible to be named The Small Business of the Year.
