Bee Safe Storage and Wine Cellars, a subsidiary of The Carroll Companies, a luxury real estate development firm, opens its second South Carolina location in Greer on Tuesday, July 10, at 11 a.m. The company is located at 805 Hammett Bridge Road.

The new 73,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility houses 28 wine storage units and more than 500 storage units ranging in size from 5x5 to 10x30. Bee Safe Storage and Wine Cellars provides a safe storage environment that is convenient for its clients’ needs. Storage units are both climate- and humidity-controlled and monitored by recorded video surveillance. Clients also have free access to the Bee Safe covered moving truck upon move-in for their convenience.

The wine cellars also emphasize the company’s belief in safety and convenience with a unique generator backup redundant cooling system to ensure wine always stays at a precise temperature and humidity. Additionally, the staff can accept wine deliveries.
