FUEL, an integrated digital and traditional marketing firm located in downtown Greenville, received the 2018 Interactive Marketing Award (IMA) for “Best Integrated Campaign” for the work they did on the Blue Ridge Mountain Club (BRMC) SOAR Campaign. By the numbers, the success of the campaign was significant: year-over-year leads increased by 38 percent and Property Tour submissions increased by 585 percent.

“Rewards are always great,” says FUEL President & CEO Warren Griffith. “It’s nice to be recognized for the level of strategic work we do for our clients. What’s even better is putting together another successful campaign for one of our clients that helped drive leads that led to actual sales. Helping our clients grow is what it’s all about.”

The BRMC SOAR campaign was a strategically integrated marketing effort that incorporated video, digital ads, landing pages, print ads, and social media to drive qualified leads to BRMC, a 6,000-acre, master-planned real estate development in the High Country of Western North Carolina. FUEL’s primary strategy was to attract top-tier prospects from key in-state and out-of-state feeder markets who fit the desired demo- and psycho-graphics. The goal was to drive leads that converted to property tours that led to eventual sales—that of course was the ultimate validation, or “reward,” of the campaign’s success.
