Homewood Suites by Hilton is currently under construction in Greenville and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2019. The new property developed and owned by Parks Hospitality Group, is located at 942 South Main St. in downtown Greenville.

When completed, the new Homewood Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown will provide 151 suites with fully-equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Guests are also provided all the essentials needed for a comfortable and convenient stay including complimentary daily full-hot breakfast, evening social Monday-Thursday, Wi-Fi and grocery shopping service.* Travelers can unwind with an outdoor kitchen with grill area, outdoor pool, outdoor sports court and 9,000 square feet of joined retail space.
