FirstLight Home Care, a provider of non-medical home care, announced the expansion of its Greenville office, which is owned and operated by local residents Jim and Jenny Vaughn. FirstLight Home Care of Greenville will now also serve residents in Clinton, Easley, Fountain Inn, Laurens, Piedmont, and Simpsonville.

FirstLight Home Care serves area seniors, adults with disabilities, new mothers, those recovering from surgery, and other adults in need of assistance. FirstLight caregivers help with many needs, from personal hygiene and household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands, to mobility assistance and dementia care.

“Jim and Jenny recognized a growing need in the neighboring cities of Greenville for the brand of service FirstLight offers and stepped up to the challenge,” said Jeff Bevis, CEO of FirstLight Home Care. “We’re confident the service provided by Jim, Jenny, and their team of caregivers will fill the needs of the communities they serve. This will be a great addition to the greater Greenville area.”

Since opening its first franchise location in 2010, FirstLight Home Care has experienced steady growth and is now operating more than 240 locations in 33 states throughout the U.S.
