Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held, employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, has announced the promotion of Ryan Page, PE, to civil department manager / regional director for the firm’s Greenville office.
In this expanded role, Page will continue overseeing operations within the Greenville Civil Department while leading regional business development efforts, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the firm's continued growth throughout the Upstate. He will work closely with project teams and clients to identify opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and help guide the region’s long-term success.
Page joined T&H in 2014 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the planning and design of industrial, municipal, commercial, residential, and institutional developments. His expertise includes industrial site development, site certification, master planning, roadway design, and water and wastewater infrastructure. Throughout his career, Page has served in a variety of leadership roles, including project manager, project engineer, and field representative, supporting projects across South Carolina and the Southeast.
Page holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina.
