Sommer Ellis Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Coldwell Banker Caine has welcomed Sommer Ellis as a real estate agent in its Greenville office. Ellis brings a relationship-driven approach shaped by 20 years as a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines, where she built a career around communication, adaptability, and serving people through moments of transition.

A longtime Upstate enthusiast who now calls Greenville home, Ellis has also spent years volunteering with high school students in underserved communities, helping them navigate college and career decisions. That experience — listening first, showing up with empathy, and supporting people through big life decisions — shapes the way she works with every buyer and seller.

“At Coldwell Banker Caine, we value agents who understand that real estate is ultimately about people, trust, and guidance,” said Amanda Hamet, president of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Sommer’s commitment to championing others, both professionally and through her volunteer work, reflects the kind of service-minded approach we are proud to have on our team.”

“Sommer has spent her career meeting people where they are, understanding what they need, and helping them feel prepared for what comes next,” said Lauren Buckland, executive vice president of Sales and Broker-in-Charge at Coldwell Banker Caine’s Greenville office. “That perspective translates naturally into real estate, where clients need both practical guidance and steady support.”

“After years of helping people get where they were going, I’m excited to help clients find the place where they want to stay,” said Ellis. “Real estate is a natural next chapter because it allows me to bring together my love of homes and communities with my desire to help people feel supported through meaningful life transitions.”
