Shannon Carroll Joins Countybanc Insurance as Commercial Lines Account Manager

Countybanc Insurance, a division of Countybank, has announced the addition of Shannon Carroll as its new Commercial Lines Account Manager in Greenville, SC.

 

Bringing over 15 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, Carroll joins Countybanc Insurance with a strong background in underwriting, client relations, claims management, policy servicing, and strategic account management. Her proven track record of delivering tailored risk management solutions to businesses across various industries positions her as a valuable addition to the Countybanc team.

Carroll spent the last nine years with Alfred L. Smith Insurance in Greenville, SC, where she consistently exceeded client expectations and built long-term relationships based on trust and performance. Before entering the insurance industry, she successfully owned and operated a retail consignment shop for 12 years, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to serving the community.

 

Carroll holds Property & Casualty, Life, and Adjuster licenses and is currently working toward earning her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. Her current focus includes servicing business clients, particularly in the auto dealer and garage liability markets, where her specialized knowledge brings added value.
