Lima One Capital, a national lender for real estate investors, moved today into its new downtown Greenville headquarters at 300 East McBee Avenue, a marquee downtown building that has been redeveloped by Hughes Commercial Property.
“I am thrilled for Lima One Capital to be able to establish our new headquarters in the heart of downtown,” Lima One CEO Josh Woodward said. “This revitalized, one-of-a-kind space, will be among the premier office spaces in the Southeast, and a wonderful home for our company’s next chapter.”
Lima One has been headquartered in Greenville since 2011, and more than 200 of its 300 employees will work out of the company’s new 60,000-square-foot space on the second and third floors of 300 East McBee. Lima One is relocating from its current offices at 201 E. McBee and a nearby downtown satellite location into the newly renovated building, which is also home to Prisma Health’s corporate headquarters, STIR restaurant, and Ameris Bank.
“We were committed to provide our employees a working space that will enable them and our company to be at their best, and this space is exactly that,” Woodward said. “We are delighted to provide an environment that fosters creativity, wellness, and a strong sense of community for both our teammates and Greenville at large.”
