KDS Caine Adds Three to Property Management Team

KDS Caine has added Nate Coggin as property operations associate, Jessica Cormier as property manager, and Kade Wilson as maintenance technician to its property management team. The additions strengthen the firm’s support for commercial property owners and tenants across the Upstate, from daily operations to ongoing property care.  

A Greenville native, Coggin developed an interest in real estate through early experience in residential construction and his studies at Clemson University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with a Real Estate Emphasis in May 2026. As property operations associate, Coggin supports day-to-day operations across the firm’s commercial property portfolio. 

Cormier brings experience in both commercial property management and lease administration. Her background includes lease administration for a real estate development group and property management for a commercial real estate firm. As property manager, Cormier oversees property operations and financial performance while working closely with owners, tenants and vendors. 

Wilson’s connection to Caine dates to 2019, when he installed signs and assisted with commercial properties. He later founded and operated Wilson Outdoor Solutions, overseeing customer relationships, employees, and scheduling. He brings that hands-on experience to his role as maintenance technician, handling repairs, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting across commercial properties.
