Greenville Triumph Announces 2026 Theme Night Schedule at GE Vernova Park

Posted

The Greenville Triumph SC has announced its full 2026 theme night schedule at GE Vernova Park at BridgeWay Station, introducing a season long lineup of matchday experiences designed to reflect the Upstate communities the club represents and serves. Built around the club’s focus on community connection, youth development, and accessibility, each night is designed to bring the region’s people, industries, and cultures into the stadium.

The 2026 schedule highlights the individuals and organizations that shape the Upstate every day. United for 250 honors veterans and active duty service members, while Healthcare Heroes and Community Impact recognize those serving the region across healthcare, nonprofit, and civic sectors.

“We built GE Vernova Park to be a true community destination, rooted in Mauldin, accessible to the broader Upstate, and designed to bring people together,” said Zach Prince, Greenville Pro Soccer sporting director and general manager. “These theme nights are an extension of that. Each one is grounded in real relationships, with our military community, youth soccer families, local businesses, and healthcare professionals, and designed so every fan who walks through the gates can see themselves in this club.”

Youth development and the future of the game are also central to the lineup. Back to School reflects the organization's deep commitment to youth soccer and the long-standing relationships it has built with the YMCA, CESA, local schools, and partners across the Upstate. STEM brings students from across the Upstate to GE Vernova Park for a special morning match, using the game as a platform to engage the next generation, while CESA Night celebrates Carolina Elite Soccer Academy and the players, coaches, and families helping grow the sport locally.

Several matchdays celebrate the communities and cultures that define the Upstate, and the world-class soccer fueling them this summer. Around the World in 90 Minutes embraces the global spirit of the sport — from neighborhood watch parties to matchday — at a time when the game is capturing the attention of the entire country. Somos Upstate honors the Latin American pioneers who helped shape this region, including the Colombian community whose textile expertise drew them to Greenville decades ago, making it home to the oldest Hispanic community in the Southeast, and the vibrant, diverse workforce that continues to build the Upstate today.

"What makes the Upstate special isn't any one thing. It's the mix,” said Vanessa Gongora, Greenville Pro Soccer senior director of communications and marketing. “International industry and small-city soul. Workers who built this place and professionals who just discovered it. Families from three continents raising kids on the same sidelines. These theme nights were thoughtfully curated to reflect that uniqueness and our authentic commitment to every community that makes this place what it is. Not a gesture. A relationship."

The schedule also recognizes the industries that have shaped and continue to drive the Upstate’s economy. Made in the Upstate pays tribute to the manufacturing workforce that has long defined the Greenville Spartanburg region, from its roots as a textile manufacturing hub to its evolution into a center for advanced industry, while Upstate Networking brings the business community together in a setting designed to strengthen relationships beyond the workplace.

“GE Vernova Park represents a new chapter for professional soccer in the Upstate, and this schedule is one way we’re making it clear from day one that this club belongs to this community,” Prince added. “We compete to win on the field, but we exist to serve the Upstate. These nights are where those two things come together.”
