Dr. Edward J. Anderson Joins the Urban League of the Upstate as Senior Advisor for Family Empowerment and Student Success

(Photo Courtesy of The Urban League of the Upstate)The Urban League of the Upstate has contracted with Edward J. Anderson, Ed.D., of Responsive Ed Consulting, LLC as their new senior advisor for Family Empowerment and Student Success.
Anderson’s distinguished career in education includes service as a K–12 teacher, district-level academic coach, assistant principal, and principal. Most recently, he served as an executive director at one of Greenville’s largest poverty-fighting organizations, where he led a collective impact initiative with a strong emphasis on program fidelity. Through Responsive Ed Consulting, LLC, he continues to guide schools and organizations across the Upstate and beyond.
In his new leadership role, Anderson will represent the Urban League as he collaborates with education partners and stakeholders, focusing immediately on the design and launch of the ULUS Family Empowerment Framework — an initiative connecting workforce development priorities with student academic success.
