The city of Rock Hill is entering the final phase of its Comprehensive Plan five-year review.
Community meetings will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 19 and Tuesday, Sept. 9, offering residents the opportunity to provide feedback on key topics including future growth and development, access to better-paying jobs, roadway improvements, expanded housing options, and more.
Citizens have multiple options to participate:
* Aug. 19 and Sept. 9, 2025, 12 PM-1 PM: Virtually by phone, smart phone, tablet or computer. Find the link and dial-in instructions at www.cityofrockhill.com/compplan.
* Aug. 19, 2025, 3:30-6:30 PM: In-person drop-in session at City Operations Center, Admin Building, 757 South Anderson Road, Room 133, Rock Hill. Participants can drop in any time throughout the timeframe.
* Sept. 9, 2025, 3:30-6:30 PM: In-person drop-in session at City Hall, Council Chambers, 155 Johnston Street, Rock Hill. Participants can drop in any time throughout the timeframe.
The Comprehensive Plan is reviewed every five years and updated every 10 years.
