Chad Cousins

Chad Cousins is the CEO of McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture (MPS), a nationally recognized and award–winning architecture, planning, and advisory services firm founded in the Upstate. During Cousins’ leadership with MPS and its partners, the firm has grown to include 450+ team members across 11 integrated studios. Cousins is chairman of the Greenville Tech Foundation, serves on the community advisory board of United Community Bank, and is a CEO-member of the AIA’s Large Firm Roundtable. He facilitated the introduction of an Urban Land Institute National Advisory Panel to Greenville Technical College, the Foundation and Area Commission. He previously served as a founder and the board chair of Greenville Classical Academy and the Greater Greenville Youth Tennis Association.
