Coldwell Banker Caine has welcomed April Johnson as a real estate agent in its Greenville office. A Greenville native and relocation specialist, Johnson serves buyers, sellers and investors across the Upstate and has helped families navigate moves across the country.

Johnson approaches each transaction with both current market conditions and long-term value in mind. Through careful preparation, clear communication and strategic negotiation, she helps clients identify opportunities and make informed decisions.

“April is deliberate in the way she works — she listens first, prepares carefully and negotiates with purpose,” said Lauren Buckland, executive vice president of Sales and broker-in-charge at Coldwell Banker Caine’s Greenville office. “She gives clients clarity at every stage and keeps the process moving.”

“Greenville is home, and I’m proud to continue serving this community as part of Coldwell Banker Caine,” said Johnson. “I want clients to know they have someone looking out for them, managing the details and helping them move wisely — whether they are buying, selling, investing or relocating.”

A Clemson University graduate, Johnson is also an ordained minister and servant-leader in the community. Her community leadership reflects the service-centered approach she brings to her real estate work.
