Sandler Training

Posted Tuesday, December 23, 2025 1:02 pm

Founded: 2019

We work with companies and individuals to improve their sales and business development in 4 ways:

Strategy - Are your organization's selling efforts focused where they need to be?

Structure - Is your organization equipped with systems and processes that will ensure the strategy is executed?

Staff - Does your organization have the right people, in the right places, to execute your plans and strategy?

Skills - Does your sales and team, including leadership, have the skills to take the organization where you want to go?

Sometimes we hear things like this:

"I get frustrated because, sometimes our sales cycle takes longer than it should and we have to many proposals out that don't close".

"My sales team is good, a senior group that knows the industry, but for some reason we don't seem to be knocking on enough new doors, so I worry with fewer new clients we can't grow the business like I want to."

"We understand we are in a competitive market, but it seems like I am trading dollars for deals more and more, and I am concerned that we are not seeing profits like we have in the past".

Gary Stancell, owner of Stancell ENT, has over 20 years of sales industry experience with more than 15 years at various levels of sales management, sales training and leadership development. He is an accomplished trainer, advisor and public speaker. He has been the winner of multiple awards including several president’s clubs in both in a sales and leadership role. Gary is a native of Upstate SC and a veteran of the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. Following a few job relocations around the country, Gary and his wife Crystal now live on a farm in Pickens County.

Stancell ENT is an authorized licensee of Sandler Training. Sandler was recently named the #1 training company in America by Entrepreneur Magazine. Sandler Training is a world leader in sales and sales management training with a network of 275 Sandler training centers in 31 countries around the world.
