Eligibility:
Must meet certain income guidelines.
Must reside in 30th Street to the River and N. Broadway to S. Duncan.
Documents Required:
Identification: Photo ID (Driver's license or state ID card).
Proof of Income: Required
Proof of Residency: A piece of mail from the last month
Household Member Documents: Identification (birth certificate, passport, pictures, etc) of everyone in household
