The Accelerated Career Awareness Program (ACAP®), initiated by NABA, Inc., aims to cultivate future Black business leaders by targeting underrepresented high school students (freshmen to seniors). The program encourages these students to pursue majors in accounting, finance, technology, and other business-related fields, including entrepreneurship. ACAP includes a one-week residency at a college or university and offers year-round programming.
