Notifies customers using prescribed ventilators, respirators, or ventricular assist devices of scheduled maintenance outages and prioritizes their homes during unexpected outages.
Requirements:
Social Security cards, official SSN docs, or Green Cards for all household members
Most recent LG&E bill or landlord verification if electric is included in rent
Pre-Pay Electric statement with account name and number
Proof of all household income from the previous month
