Meet Karli
MA, LMT, RMT, CST
Through self awareness & courage we consciously choose how we act & react in each moment. It is with great love & gratitude that I am honored to be apart of your exploration, healing, self-discovery, & mastery.
I vow through integrity, knowledge, wisdom, & intuition to assist those who seek to gain clarity & understanding of their souls journey. My passionate focus is to guide my clients in developing sustainable life-style changes, rather than merely achieving temporary outcomes.
Through a holistic & integrative approach I will assist you in reclaiming your power and reestablishing your relationship with yourself. As a trained Shamanic Guidance Counselor, I’ll help you see the bigger picture of who you are and how you can draw on your strengths to release feelings of lack or inadequacy. I incorporate a number of modalities in order to approach your healing on many levels at once, addressing the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual parts of yourself.
I focus on increasing the quality of your relationships, your ability to self-regulate threw self-awareness, as well as releasing unresolved trauma, addictions, or self-destructive patterns. As an Empath, I feel, read, balance, and restore the aura/chakras. I use this gift in combination with various modalities to heal mental and energetic trauma while increasing the frequency of the clients energy field. I believe that raising our Energy, Frequency, and Consciousness starts with our own self awareness and self healing.
I believe in a world where beings want to help others. I want to help others. I believe the truth will set you free. I believe we are all connected in consciousness. I believe our organic natural temperament is kind hearted, centered, & full of joy.
I live this statement out by honoring my body temple, soul, & emotional wellbeing. I am strong & I do what is right even if it is challenging. I continue to give to those who are truly needy & deserving!
