Cleared to Land/Scape

Posted Tuesday, December 23, 2025 5:19 pm

Cleared to Land/Scape removes unwanted overgrowth and trees efficiently while increasing your land’s value and visual aesthetics.

With better methods and high-quality machinery, we revitalize your land rather than stripping it as other techniques and equipment do. Our attention to detail means that we can handle a wide variety of needs:

Brush Control / Fence Lines

New Home Lot Brush Thinning

Airport Perimeter Areas

Timber Tracks

Fire Prevention

Hunting Areas / Shooting Lanes

Driveway / Trail Construction

Wildlife habitat protection

Cleared to Land/Scape’s eco-friendly mulching process and landscape consulting services enlivens the natural habitat of your land. We clear away overgrowth efficiently while leaving behind a pleasant park-like appearance.

Our methods prevent any invasive species from overwhelming the native species. These steps also enable you to identify “keeper-trees” during the process. We ensure that the keeper-trees’ root structure remains intact and healthy, which is especially important to new home builds.

The process of forestry mulching is also known as a slow burn. It allows the mulch to decompose and slowly send nutrients back into the land. This gives back to the land rather than burning large piles of brush and trees that traditional methods use. Our techniques also save on fuel per acre cleared.

No overgrowth is too difficult for us to care for. Whether your property is several dozen acres or a new home lot, we can handle the job. We rejuvenate your land and its native habitat with a dedicated forestry equipped machine. Our forestry mulching services and landscape consulting full-fills all your needs while making this a smooth flight for land care.

Fuels Mitigation: Mulching reduces fuel loading and reduces the risk of severe fire behavior in case of wildfire. Many smaller tracts closer to developments are not suitable for prescribed fire. Mulching can offer similar benefits and reduce risk of destructive wildfires.

Wildlife Habitats: Mulching can also be used to improve a site to allow for understory grasses and forbs to thrive, improving the diversity of vegetation and wildlife.
