This year's conference takes place in-person at the beautiful Greenville One Center in downtown Greenville. A virtual attendance option is also available if you prefer to attend remotely. The conference features three top-notch keynotes to kick off each day. Closing will be a law-focused keynote. Keynotes will take place in the auditorium for all attendees and will be broadcast live for virtual attendees.  Each attendee will choose one of four specialty "pod" learning tracks to engage in focused learning when not attending keynote sessions. Choose your specialty pod when registering.

The pods tracks are: Employee Engagement, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition,  HR Department of 1 In addition, all pods tracks will include aspects of leadership, HR law, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Students and emerging professionals may wish to participate in the "HR Department of 1" pod track due to it's generalist nature. Virtual attendees will attend the employee engagement pod, which will be streamed live.
