Anderson Shopping Center Sells For $1.225 Million

Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of North Main Street Shopping Center, a 8,000-square foot retail property located in Anderson, according to Benjamin Yelm, regional manager of the firm’s Charleston office. The asset sold for $1,225,000.

Andrew Margulies, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Raleigh office, and Harrison Creason, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Charleston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. There were multiple competitive offers for the property and ultimately it was purchased by a private, local investor procured by Margulies and Creason.

North Main Street Shopping Center is located at 3182 N Main St in Anderson. Constructed in 2000, the four-suite property sits on 0.61 acres on the corner of a signalized intersection along North Main Street. The property is 100 percent occupied with a mix of national and local tenants.
