Countybank Foundation Presents Donation to Ten At The Top

The Countybank Foundation, established in 1971 representing Countybank and Greenwood Capital, recently donated $500 to Ten at the Top.

Ken Harper, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Countybank, and Rick Danner, Vice President and Business Development Executive at Countybank, presented the check on behalf of the foundation to Ten at the Top Executive Director, Dean Hybl.

“Countybank has had a strong presence in the community for more than 85 years,” said Harper. “As a local, community bank, part of our mission is to support our neighboring residents and businesses. We are excited to see the Upstate continue to flourish through organizations like Ten at the Top that promote growth and partnership.”

Countybank has been involved with Ten at the Top from the beginning with R. Thornwell Dunlap, III, President and CEO of Countybank, serving as a current board member and member of the founding board.

“We are very appreciative of the support from the Countybank Foundation, as well as the longtime engagement and involvement of Countybank with Ten at the Top,” said Hybl. “Their commitment to making the Upstate a greater place to live, learn, do business, and raise a family is one of the many reasons we value their involvement in our organization.”

Ten at the Top fosters a collaborative environment in which communities and business sectors work together to promote the Upstate region. This is accomplished through partnerships among elected officials, business and community leaders, and residents. These groups then identify and initiate efforts to enhance the Upstate’s physical and social infrastructure.
