Hire Dynamics Wins Industry Award

Inavero, a services satisfaction measurement specialist, announced that Hire Dynamics won both its 2018 Best of Staffing Client and Talent Awards for service excellence. The 2018 award marks the ninth consecutive year Hire Dynamics has merited this distinction, given to fewer than 2 percent of the more than 20,000 staffing providers in the U.S.

Hire Dynamics received a NPS of 73.9 percent from clients, more than 8 times the industry average, and in a service category with Apple, Costco, and Southwest Airlines. Likewise, the company received a NPS of 67.2 percent from its talent candidates, more than three times the industry average.
