70 and Beyond will utilize resources including senior industry experts to provide educational programming and other activities to inspire senior adults, as well as real-life success stories of seniors adults actively living in retirement. We will focus on relevant topics and current events such as: Productive Engagement, Social Connection, Exercise and Fitness, Healthy Diet, Adequate Sleep, Financial Management, and Spiritual Well-Being.
