Due to the rising concerns and incidents of the COVID-19 virus across the country, Partners in Primary Care and Walgreens are postponing group gatherings like this one in order to help protect the senior population we work hard to serve every day.

Partners in Primary Care at Walgreens Homeland Park, located at 108 Highway 28 Bypass, Anderson, is currently open, seeing patients and accepting new patients daily from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The Walgreens store and pharmacy remain open as well.

Partners in Primary Care and Walgreens are expanding their existing senior-focused neighborhood health collaboration within the Anderson, South Carolina area with a new primary care center, Partners in Primary Care at Walgreens Homeland Park. The center brings together full-service primary care, pharmacy, behavioral health, nutrition and wellness support along with other services for Medicare beneficiaries.

This free event will feature cooking demonstrations, educational sessions and center tours throughout the day. Learn how Walgreens is helping Anderson-area seniors improve their health by bringing together, under one roof, primary care and other resources to help seniors navigate their personal health journeys.
