Help young adults go from "at-risk" to "at-promise."
Become a volunteer mentor with Pendleton Place. Find out more at our mentoring information session.
Pendleton Place's Connection Count program works with young adults ages 17-26 who have aged out of foster care or are at risk of foster care involvement with their young family.
Through Connections Count the young adult is connected with an Independent Living Specialist and a volunteer mentor. Our goal is to empower young adults and connect them to caring relationships and community resources to reach self-sufficiency.
You Can Make An Impact!
As a mentor, you will serve as a support for the young adult by coaching them through life's up's and down's, being someone they can rely on, and helping them reach their goals.
Imagine...the time it takes to watch your favorite show, you could have a profound impact on a young adult's life.
Connections Count will train and support you through your mentoring experience.
