Adam Anderson

Age 34

Founder and CEO

Palmetto Software Group

In 2005,  Adam saw a need for internet security services in the Upstate and assembled a team of experts to provide internet security solutions to area businesses. PSG now has 20 employees and serves clients across the United States and Europe.  The self-proclaimed risk taker loves kayaking, rock climbing, downhill skiing and the like, but he also enjoys scaling roofs and hammering nails with Habitat for Humanity.  Adam was disturbed to find that many veterans were unable to find work after returning home from service, so he brainstormed a company which he plans on launching in 2012 that will train service men and women for re-entry to the work force.  Adam sets an example in leadership for his employees. He supports Junior Achievement and allots his employees’ time to contribute as teachers and mentors for the organization as well. He is also a member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and GSA Technology Council.
