"Greenville County maintains one of the best court dockets in the state that allows cases to be heard by a fair and impartial judge and jury within a reasonable period of time. There are many options available to handle a case, whether it is through mediation, Summary Court, Family Court, Business Court, or Circuit Court. Our community depends on the local court system to settle disputes or to see that justice is served when laws are broken."
