The most effective way for Greenville to become nationally known leader in the technology sector is to leverage our city's wonderful reputation to attract a renowned technology organization to anchor a technical business cluster. Like BMW and Michelin have done for the automotive industry, a technology powerhouse headquartered in Greenville will draw other tech companies as well as gifted technical professionals, increasing Greenville's current IT talent pool. In the meantime, continued business and community support of groups such as Innovision, Innoventure, GSATC, SC Launch, NEXT and the Upstate Carolina Angel Network will ensure recognition and growth of IT companies already located in our great city.
