O’Neal, Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, announced that Gary Ragan joined the team as a construction manager.
Ragan has nearly 20 years of experience in construction supervision and previously served with Turner Construction Co. He will be working on the Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., Project 21 job in Memphis, Tenn. Ragan received a bachelor’s degree from Campbell University and a master’s from Virginia Commonwealth University.
